  1. Do you have a physical store?
    No, we don’t. We only sell our books online.
  1. Are you selling brand new and used books?
    Most of the copies we have are used. To view the item specifics, click on the thumbnails.
  1. Are the prices negotiable?
    No sorry, our books are priced accordingly. However, if you want to purchase cheaper ones, you may visit our BARGAIN SHELF or PROMOS section for clearance sale announcements.
  1. How do you grade your books?
    New:Unused; Either sealed or not.
    VERY GOOD/MINT:With very minimal flaws.
    GOOD:Acquired few creases, folds and slight discoloration.
    FAIR/OLD:With tiny rips, tears, folds, frayed edges, writings and heavily discolored pages.
  1. How do I place orders?
    Fill out the ORDER FORM, review all the information you are about to send before hitting the submit button. We will then email (not SMS) your invoice within 24 hours containing the total amount, the date you have to pay, payment options, reminder, etc.
  1. How much leeway do you give your customers to settle their payments?
    Payments must be strictly settled in 3 days. If the transaction is not completed within the required period, your order/s will be automatically canceled and your name will be added to our list of non-paying buyers. If you’re in doubt, stay away from the ORDER FORM.

  2. Do you offer free shipping?
    No sorry, buyers will shoulder the cost of shipping.
